Welcome to ProActive Rehab. These Terms and Conditions outline the policies and procedures governing the services we provide. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms, which ensure the best possible experience for all our clients. 

1. Our Services

 

ProActive Rehab is a specialist provider of manual therapy, rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal care. Our services include, but are not limited to:

    •    Sports Massage

    •    Strengthening and Rehabilitation Exercises

    •    Spinal Mobilisation and Manipulation

    •    Instrument LV Adjustments

    •    Red Light Therapy

    •    Cupping and Blading

    •    Stretching

 

All services are delivered by qualified professionals who adhere to the highest industry standards.​​

2. Booking Policy

 

2.1 How to Book

Appointments can be made through our PracticeHub Booking System or by contacting us directly. A confirmation email or SMS will be sent once your booking is secured.

 

2.2 Rescheduling and Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. To help us accommodate all clients, the following policies apply:

    •    Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

    •    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the session fee.

    •    Failure to attend (no-shows) will be charged the full session fee.

 

2.3 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. The full session fee will apply regardless of reduced treatment time.

3. Client Obligations

 

3.1 Medical Disclosure

To provide safe and effective care, you must:

    •    Complete a health and medical form before your first session. 

    •    Inform us of any changes to your health or medications before each appointment.

Failure to disclose relevant information may impact your treatment, and ProActive Rehab cannot be held responsible for adverse effects resulting from undisclosed conditions.

 

3.2 Contraindications

Certain treatments may not be suitable due to specific medical conditions. We reserve the right to decline or modify treatment based on your health status, as identified during the initial consultation.

4. Payment Policy

 

4.1 Payment Methods

Payment is required at the time of booking or immediately after your session if you’re paying by cash. We accept the following methods:

    •    Debit/Credit Cards

    •    Cash

 

4.2 Refunds

Refunds are not available for completed treatments or prepaid packages. In the event of cancellations by ProActive Rehab, clients may reschedule or request a full refund. Please contact us at info@proactiverehabnorwich.co.uk if you need further assistance. 

5. Code of Conduct

 

5.1 Professional Standards

ProActive Rehab is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment. All clients are expected to:

    •    Treat staff with respect and courtesy.

    •    Follow the therapist’s guidance during and after treatment.

 

5.2 Inappropriate Behaviour

Any form of abuse, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will result in the immediate termination of services. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and further appointments will be refused.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

 

6.1 General Disclaimer

While we aim to deliver effective treatments tailored to your needs, we cannot guarantee specific results. You acknowledge that outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances and adherence to aftercare advice.

 

6.2 Limitation of Liability

    •    ProActive Rehab and its practitioners shall not be held liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from:

    •    Undisclosed medical conditions.

    •    Failure to follow post-treatment guidance.

    •    Our liability is limited to the cost of the session or treatment provided.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

 

We are committed to safeguarding your personal information in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

 

7.1 Data Collection and Use

    •    We collect your data for booking, treatment planning, and communication purposes.

    •    Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
